Marcus VPN Terms of Service

1. General

Marcus VPN (the “Service”) provides access to an encrypted VPN connection through apps for Android, Windows and macOS. By signing up you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

• A username, email and password are required to sign up. One account — up to 5 devices at a time.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Transferring the account to third parties or reselling access is prohibited.
• We may suspend an account for violating these terms or on suspicion of abuse.

3. Free trial and subscription

• After signing up in the app, a free 3-day trial starts — once per device.
• Subscriptions are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and activate immediately after the payment is confirmed. The term is added to the current subscription if it is still active.
• Payments are processed by the payment provider Platega (bank cards, SBP, cryptocurrency). The subscription does not renew automatically without your action.
• Prices are listed in Russian roubles and may change; the paid period remains unaffected.

4. Refunds

If the Service does not work on your device and support cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of payment, we refund the payment on request sent to the support email. No refunds are given for partially used periods.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the Service for: spam, DDoS attacks, scanning and hacking, distributing malware, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law. In case of violation, access is terminated without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the availability of specific websites or services through the VPN, nor the absence of short interruptions during server maintenance. The Service's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

7. Affiliate program

Affiliate program participants earn a percentage of payments made by users they invited. Payouts are made on request from the account page once the minimum amount is reached. Fake sign-ups and self-referrals are prohibited — earnings on such accounts are cancelled.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the changes.
